The Rhino is a native design based on the Canadian CMP truck, fit with heavy armour and a 2pdr cannon. It was designed during the Oceanykan Civil War by the republican government, primarily to patrol Oceanyka's road system and destroy irregular forces. As such, it is particularly well suited to Oceanyka's wild weather and terrible roads.
