Far from the neon lights, black-clad PMCs and grey suits of the city's centre lies the true "meat" of Cestlep; its densely populated, low-income urban region. Though actually more affluent than the rest of the country, these places would be considered slums or favelas in the west. While enjoying better access to education, electricity and running water than the vast majority of the country (thanks to its industrial superfactories, which make use of the massive pool of low-cost labour these places offer), the slums of Cestlep are a nest of street gangsters, drug runners, rogue scientists and human traffickers.
