Borrowing from German experiences with their Nebelwerfer weapons, the British developed a land-based rocket artillery system based on the RP-3 air-to-ground rocket; the Land Mattress. It was capable of saturating a zone with explosive rockets at up to 7.3km away. Though shorter ranged than other artillery pieces of the time, the Land Mattress could project unparalleled firepower in a short amount of time. It was sold to Oceanyka's Federal Army just a couple months before the conclusion of its own Civil War, and saw little use in this theatre.
