The Imperial Domain of Indochina is a German "imperial colonial domain" (Kaiserliche Kolonialverwaltung) located just south of China. It is managed by Governeur Ngo Dinh Diem, a hopelessly corrupt yet charismatic figure. Indochina is better known by the international press as South Vietnam, seeing as that's where most of its territory and industry lies, and with the colonial administration being dominated by Catholic Viet. This image is further reinforced by the existence of North Vietnam, which is running the most extensive insurrection campaign inside its southern neighbour's borders in history, with the purpose of unifying Indochina as a federal republic of socialist states. The continued escalation of this armed struggle serves as one of the main conflict within the mid-1960s, the infamous Vietnam War.
