The Kingdom of Prussia is a country located in eastern Europe, just above Poland. It is led by Queen Augusta Victoria Hohenzollern in a constitutional monarchy, with a democratically elected parliament. Much like its western neighbour in Posen-Silesia, the Kingdom of Prussia is roughly half Polish and half German. A key difference between these two states, however, is a large scale economic and political domination by the Junkers, Prussia's traditional nobility. Following World War II, it was believed by Kaiser Louis Ferdinand that the Prussian Junkers (who controlled much of Germany's armed forces and industry) were largely to blame for World War I and the NSDAP's rise to power. As a result, one of the Neuordnungprogramm's most important points was an internal administrative reform which divided Germany into coherent states and kingdoms, including the reduction of the Kingdom of Prussia and the expropiation of Junker properties. Internal opposition to this particular part of the program was extremely strong, and Kaiser Louis Ferdinand came close to being assassinated, but NATO forces in Germany were instrumental in safeguarding the program and preventing junker figures within the Deutsches Heer or other armed forces from doing something they would likely regret. The Kingdom of Prussia was reformed in its traditional territory, all of its citizens also receiving citizenship in either Poland or Germany depending on their first language. Its foreign affairs and defence are managed by the German Empire. Its economy is notable for the presence of many strong traditional arms manufacturers such as Krupp, Mauser, Rheinmetall, MAN, etc.
