The Martini-Henry is a breech-loading single-shot lever action rifle which entered service with the British Army and with its auxilliary forces in 1871, chambered for .577/450 Martini-Henry, a brass-cased black powder cartridge. An icon of the British Empire, the Martini-Henry earned a reputation as the rifle with which Africa, Southeast Asia and Oceanyka were pushed into submission. However, following the war of independence, it also became the Federal Army's standard issue combat rifle, and representative of Oceanykan liberty. Despite being almost 100 years old, the Martini-Henry is not hard to find in Oceanyka's armouries and stashes.
