The Federal Police's Grenadiers are personnel specifically trained for these sorts of circumstances, employing less-lethal means such as rubber bullets and tear gas as a more humane alternative to ripping a machinegun into the crowd, which is how things were done prior to the Oceanykan Revolution. One should not be fooled by their use of less-lethal weapons, these men are usually heavily armoured and are experts at melee combat. Convicts of the Oceanykan legal system most of the time face the infamous Federal Correctional Service, where their body will be milked dry to generate revenue for the State.
