The FCS's labour facilities are little more than fortified work camps, where from sunrise until sunset prisoners toil away to generate enormous profits for the State. While their sentences are fairly short, the food is alright and they're allowed from six to eight hours of sleep, labour facility convicts are worked like mules, usually ending their shift covered in sweat and wholly exhausted. Federal Correctional Service Wardens make sure that prison labour groups, nicknamed herds, meet their unfair quotas through the use of force. Labour facilities are very varied; some are enormous year-round harvest plantations, some are dark and claustrophobic mining sytems, others are unending halls of machinery to produce all kinds of goods. Many Corporation 💸s are infamous for contracting the FCS to produce stuff for them using convicts at these locations.
