When employing generic HEAT-FS ammunition:
- Reduce EXP-DMG by half (4d20 -> 2d20).
- Apply full PEN.
- Reduce the Frag Rules rating by one level.
- For example, if a 105mm HE shell would be treated as a Heavy Explosive, a 105mm HEAT shell would be treated as a Medium Explosive.
As HEAT Shells are Explosive, their PEN is not affected by distance. However, be aware that certain types of armour are HEAT Resistant.
