Beanbag rounds do no DMG, but always possess the STN modifier (inflicts Stunned).
Beanbag rounds consist of standard lead buckshot enclosed in a tightly knit fibre "bag", which prevents the buckshot from penetrating skin. It does not prevent it from breaking bones and causing internal bleeding, which beanbags are infamous for. Regardless, they are a type of less-lethal ammunition useful for riot police and kidnappers. They are a type of homemade Baton Round, though just as effective as the real deal.
