The Convair B-36 Peacemaker is an American strategic bomber; the first of its kind designed for intercontinental nuclear strike in mind. It was introduced in 1948, just a few years after the beginning of the Cold War, and quickly proved to be one of America's most valuable assets for nuclear deterrence until it was replaced by the jet-powered and far more capable B-52 Stratofortress.

During the 1950s, an American engineer by the name of Donald Higgins deserted his post in DARPA and moved to Oceanyka, becoming rich by selling the blueprints to a number of American aerospace systems to local aircraft manufacturers. This allowed major corporations to reproduce the B-36 Peacemaker.
