Jilungin tea is a hot beverage brewed using the Wingnut tree's leaves, bark and stems. Compared to conventional tea, it contains no caffeine, and indeed seems to increase sleepiness. As such, it is commonly drunk before going to sleep to ensure a good night's rest, usually resulting in a "fresher" wake-up, even after sleeping but a few hours. Furthermore, it does possess far more antioxidants than its alternatives, and has a stronger, greener taste. Jilungin tea is commonly consumed during the evening, while either coffee or regular tea is more often consumed in the morning.
