Conditions in Oceanyka are harsh. Much of the country is scorching, while its huge mountain ranges are freezing cold. Unsurprisingly it was a popular import market for all the surplus rations of World War I and its acclaimed sequel. The most renowned part of these rations, however, were the little treats and delicacies that came along. Many Oceanykan children had never tasted chocolate or gummies before ration treats came along. Now they are an extremely popular delicacy in the working class, and their war-hardened recipes have been copied for decades.
