The Naval Air Weapons Station "China Lake" military facility, which develops cutting-edge ordnance and weaponry, manufactures and issues a pump-action grenade launcher. Since it has no official designation, the weapon takes after its manufacturer and is just called "the China Lake" by troops. It feeds from a 3-round tube magazine, though with a grenade in the chamber it can actually carry 4 grenades. This firearm is specifically made to the specifications and needs of United States Navy SEALs, their primary users. However, at least two of these weapons mysteriously disappeared from USN facilities in Vietnam and later reemerged in Oceanyka.
