This weapon's design is... less than ideal. Cheap, certainly, but less than ideal. Add 1 UNRELIABILITY point.
Some hammer guns are chambered for shotgun cartridges such as 12-gauge, which gives them a greater capability to technically hit a target. A hot load of 00 at point-blank range is comparable to a .45-70 Government at the same distance, after all.
