The Fucile Modello 1891 rifle, designed by Salvatore Carcano as the first of the Carcano rifle family, is an Italian bolt-action rifle. It's chambered in 6.5x52mm Carcano and feeds from a 6-round fixed magazine. The Carcano was known for its advanced feed system and was Italy's first smokeless-powder rifle. It accompanied Italian servicemen into the heights of the Alps and the searing deserts in a number of occasions.
