- On a 2 or 3, inflict Abyssal Whispers.
- On a 4, inflict Feverish.
- On a 5, inflict Weakened.
- On a 6, remove this effect.
If the psychic continues using their powers haphazardly, this condition may develop into Psychic Meltdown, invariably fatal.
