This creature’s soul has been ripped apart in the Dreamspace, making them no more than a sentient meat puppet, partially undead and extremely unlucky, as reality itself seems to reject them. They cannot be revived by any means but Reanimating them is easier, and suffer from a Very Hard DM modifier to all of their rolls.
