Intertwining the Corporeal and Ethereal (by Sisiphys Veneryll) An arcane tome, by a painter of all people, detailing the efforts to drip your soul into the illustrated arts. The book goes into every minute detail of the relationship between the painter himself and the subject of his current project, a basic portrait. The painter, Veneryll, and his subject, Dorne, appear to have had an outwardly professional relationship, with Dorne endorsing Veneryll's lifestyle during the creation of the portrait. The book does not go into any specific details on the magical properties of the painting, except to describe the effects of it as "prolonging the Dorne boy's destructive and selfish behavior while removing all consequences" and the painter's feelings of utter disgust with both his project and himself. |
