Allora 'Lora' Selmer traveled all over the continent with her family of bards, following heros and making sure to tell their tales far and wide. But once you've seen one person slay a troll, it gets a little boring the second time. What about this guys wife? She saved her neighbors baby from drowning AND can speak six languages. That seems pretty heroic too right?
Disillusioned, Lora left her family and went back to Bard College where she joined a local band named 'Ska-ld' They were pretty popular and had some success for a few years. Then out of the blue the band broke up, right before their show at the Singing Stag in Quillpond.
Despondent and searching for a purpose Lora realized this might be her chance, to prove that the stories of ordinary folk are worth telling. Working with Krosan Dell and Old Lady Marlowe and occasionally bothering the locals for details about their lives, she continues to material for her epic song. But lately inspiration has been running dry, maybe the upcoming Harvest Feast will be just what she needs to finish the Ballad of Quillpond.
