Short, upswept silver hair. 6 feet tall, thin, almost guant. Alabaster skin. His black eyes often seem unfocused as if he is lost in his own thoughts.
Dressed in well made, but simple clothing. Sturdy pants, ragged at the cuffs. His plain shirt is stained with travel and has clearly been mended by his own inexpert hands.
His boots, however, are clearly well cared for.

If you can't do it with magic, I'm honestly not sure why anyone would want to do it at all.
