Chaliya

A Russian Blue-hued tabaxi woman of middling years with piercing jade eyes and elegantly styled fur. She favors sleek azure-and-cool-white garb that feels fashionable but is of an indeterminate origin. She is unusually tall for a tabaxi, relatively trim, with a lithe, otherworldly grace unusual even for her heritage. Demure, contemplative, and exquisitely knowledgeable of social mores, but with a steel will backing her often soft words spoken with a slightly harsh accent. She prefers to have others “take care of” things on her behalf and loves to convince people that what they want most is to do whatever she needs of them.
