Teatro ZanZinni
A grand three-story building stands at the corner of Delzorin Street and Windbourne Way. The playbills marking its exterior and billboards along its roof mark it as a theater, as does the prominent sign above the door that reads “Teatro ZanZinni”.
Teatro ZanZinni hosts plays, operettas, concerts, and variety acts the year round, featuring both local artistes and traveling performers from across the continent. Madame ZanZinni, an operatic chanteuse, performs the role of master of ceremonies for the theatre. Original works are mostly the creation of playwright Mistofer Carlowe, who lives at the Carlowe Residence next door.
Attached to the theater is a conjoined two-story structure. Its ground floor serves as a ticket office and has an in-house printing press for hand bills.
