The Sleepy Sylph

The frankly risqué signboard depicts the eponymous sylph, and the facilities within caters to visitors to the city rather than locals.

A multitude of coloured driftglobes float about and under the many-hued drifting lights, patrons can eat almost nothing and drink as much as they can afford, served by scantily-clad men and women wearing diaphanous robes and fairy wings of gauze and wire.
