Reta the Mouse

Those accustomed to traveling Waterdeep at a sub-basement level are familiar with Reta the Mouse and her wares.

Though most often found in the Castle Ward, she keeps no stable address; her store's location is denoted by a lantern hung in the middle of a four-way intersection somewhere beneath the district. Her stock is similarly ever-shifting and she's known to buy just about anything offered, no questions asked.

Despite repeatedly being chased away by the Watch, Reta and her wares always returns. The Dungsweepers' Guild prefers to simply avoid her place of business. Should the players threaten her, she uses her Portable Passage to escape.
