Statue of Open Lord Caladorn

Standing tall like a conquering hero, this marble statue clad in ornate armor commands attention, his large mace hefted skywards.

A brass plaque affixed to the base identifies the subject as Caladorn Cassalanter, hero and Open Lord of Waterdeep in the late 1300’s. This statue was erected by his family after his death. In modern times, it is often used as a landmark in the Copper Street area.
