When tech investor Monica Monroe got severely injured during an attempt to break the land speed record, she built herself increasingly better robotic prosthetics to aid her in daily life.
She didn't stop there, however: she completely restructured her company to focus on making quality prosthetics available for all, and kept upgrading her own prosthetics up to the point where she could now protect the city in times of need.
