Utility Power
  • You can pin enemies in their place or pull them towards you (from Nearby to Close) using gadgets, telekinesis, or energy.
  • When choosing this power, choose a relevant stat (DEX, STR, WIS, etc.)
  • As an Action, make a Test under the Chosen Skill + Grade. When successful, you can choose whether to pin an enemy in place or to pull them Close. This effect lasts until the end of the enemy's next turn.
