When Howard 'Howie' Burnett got bitten by a wild dog at a young age, his mother didn't believe him and never sought treatment. When he hit puberty, his hair growth fell outside any expected norm, with a thick fur developing all over his body.
Shunned by his peers, especially when he developed claws and fangs, Burnett took the name of Bloodhound and started his career in organized crime, mostly working for Salvatore "Sally" Palermo.
He was arrested two months ago, after a fight with The Hood.
