Arcadia is a mysterious city that moves throughout the Underdark. The city is beautiful and flush with foliage; upon seeing it, you feel as if you are not underground at all but in a vibrant valley that is beautiful, lush, and full of life and light.
It is the home city of the Arcadians, and is particularly difficult to find, as it never seems to stay in one place. Like the Underdark itself, it is constantly shifting and changing.
