Mir Ansan

Technically, there are no public authorities in Mir Ansan. The law is enforced by a detachment of the Zerzuran Wordbearers, who use clubs, dogs, and Chartamancy to promote balance and harmony (as elsewhere noted, Mashaya law is not well-understood by outsiders, and they are not subscribers to The Pandect).
