THE DORGOIL: [Torturer] Oswald Lawry: [HGT: 5ft, 6in; WGT: 170 lbs] A man happy in his work, "the Dorgoil" is the region's foremost exponent on torture. He dislikes the headsman in Terebinth known as "Izaksaar", considering him too showy and simplistic. Oswald likes to take his time, and although he is obliged to work in the public eye, he does not relish the attention. He likes to break down his subject, and give them a death sufficiently well-crafted to expiate their crimes and cleanse their sin. He takes extra measures with Human (Mutant). The Square - The Farmer's Market Stall  [2,903gp] Grocer: Martha Turney: [HGT: 5ft, 1in; WGT: 150 lbs] Seems genuinely depressed, but is making an effort to conceal her feelings. Not a very effective one, though. She can list a great many personal tragedies, if she thinks you'll listen. DRESSED IN: gray shoes, brown pants, and a blue tunic. The Square - The Claw [1,417gp] Bartender: Letitia Parker: [HGT: 5ft, 11in; WGT: 190 lbs] A raven-haired lass wearing risque black clothing and lots of silver jewelry, including some The Tempest idols. She pretends to follow that dark religion for style only. Actually performs the morning and evening prayers daily.  DRESSED IN: black boots, black cloak, a dark red dress, black stockings, and about four pounds of costume jewelry. Barbican Row - The Traveler's Pantry [2,844gp] Merchant: Riley Mills: [HGT: 4ft, 5in; WGT: 105 lbs] He spends much of his time reading. Refuses to sell anything morally questionable. Even requires a signature for the tinderbox. Won't sell arrows to anyone not known to be a hunter. DRESSED IN: tan boots, white knee britches, and a blue shirt.
