A secluded estate some 200 miles south of Oldtown along the western route to Eagle Valley, perhaps 140 miles north of the Loudwater crossing. It enjoys a reputation as an extremely fine countryside getaway, where guests might delight in the nearby trails for a hunt, or while away an evening in the library.
