Nila (also Neela) is a goblin shaman from the Eastern Corridor's dead zone. She is an ally to Aurumvorax.
She aided in the exploration of the Corridor Sanctuary during The Search for the Star.
Appearance
Nila is small and child-like in proportions, though she is a young adult for her species. She has a penchant for strange and colorful trinkets and likes to adorn her body with them, accenting the simple and oversized clothing she has stolen from human civilizations. It is common for her to wear a blindfold, though the blindfold itself is simply a bandana that she uses to keep her hair back otherwise.
Personality
Like other goblins, Nila has a powerful imagination, an unending sense of wonder, and no true sense of property. She is excitable, particularly when around things new to her, but despite her youthful worldview, she is also quite brave and always willing to defend those she is fond of.
Most of her community sees her as wise and approachable, and look up to her as a guiding force.
Abilities
Nila has an innate ability to detect magical auras, which she seems to be unable to dispel. Due to the intensity of these visions, she often closes or covers her eyes in order to use it properly.
Interactions
The Search for the Star
Nila guided Aurumvorax to the Corridor Sanctuary in exchange for the opportunity to accompany them and give an offering to what she believed to be a deific force at the site.
