· The Northies: Run the drug and sex trade in the High Shanty and fish town, they control Dock Hartag, Importing and exporting drugs and other illegal items for the trinity. The Northies often clash with the Southies. The Northies dress in vests and are usually heavy tattooed, they also use blunt weapons like clubs, fails, hammers and brass knuckles
1. The Velvet Blades: Deals in drugs and sex, but mostly a go-between for illegal items, that needs to get out of the city. Runs the Velvet Rose bordello and the neighborhood around the Bordello.
2. The Dandy Gang: runs a drug den in The High Shanty and collects payment from several drug dens in the northern part of the High Shanty.
3. The Bruka: Leg breakers for anyone that has the money or connections. They pay a sum to the Northies so that they can continue their business.
