The Crimson Hand: The Crimson hand run almost all the fencing of illegal goods and the acquisition of items from others. They have several gangs working for them, they run crime in Pine Lane and Blossom lane. These are the only neighbor hoods that the Crimson Hand deal with the drug and sex trade. They must buy the drugs from the Syndicate, however.
