Rules
We can't simply allow players to create a template just to save xp on what they want, so if you want to create a template and put it into play, we're going to ask for a little more justification and work on your part (staff are exempt). You must first stat the template and submit it in #submissions. Next, prove that it is useable enough to justify being a template, and not just for you, by identifying three characters that would use it. One of them can be your own character. Other player characters count, if the player agrees that it fits their character (they don't have to take the template now or ever, they just have to agree that it fits). You can also dream up an example of a character that might want it; just provide a paragraph (a character TLDR) about what the character is like. You don't have to intend to play said character, you're just proving that there could exist characters that would want your template. Existing fictional characters from other works do not qualify; they must all be original and distinct.
Thus, if you want to make a template, you might in fact find yourself having to go through the work of quickly imagining two other character that could use it.
