The STWF is a fair, that travels the world visiting within 50 miles of most human settlement in a 7 year circuit.(Remote or isolated settlements are investigated amd visited by FBP agents as requires.) their goal is to offer a chance, for those who believe they have paranormal powers to showcase their abilities for a grand prize of $50,000. the fair filters those with actual abilities from pretenders. These scouted and located magical beings are then offered free enrollment in the university.
