Once connected to the Greater Forest of Needle. The Lesser has been cutoff from its mother forest by a great flood of an inland sea. It is in the northern portion of the Gatidosa Plateau. Since the flood, this forest had begun to take a different shape from its mother forest. It has became much more dense and dark. Fog from the newly created finger waterway constantly cascades into the forest making it damp and cold. Adventurers who have explored here claim the forest is evil. Some return mad, claiming the trees have become angry at being cutoff from its mother.
