The final step of the counter offensive against the Sundered Sun Warband, the forces of the Arden military broke through the city of Torirn defenses after the clever strategy of folk hero turned commander Cromwell. Under his direction they were able to infiltrate the cities neglected sewer system and come out in the heart of the military headquarters, capturing the leaders with minimal blood shed and attempted to force a surrender.
The Sundered Sun Warband leaders refused and fought savagely to the last orc, even the women and children took up arms to fight. Faced with the utter savagery of the barbaric races, they had no choice but to fight for their lives in the center of the camp surrounded on all side. They managed to survive until dawn when the rest of the army was able to break down the gates and reinforce them.
