This belt also grants the wearer access to a poison dice pool equal to their double proficiency bonus of 1d8s. Before rolling a melee or ranged weapon attack, you may choose to expend any number of remaining dice. On a successful hit, the wagered dice are added as poison damage. On a failed attack, the dice are expended and return after a long rest.
