A small crystal of milky-white color. It seems to radiate light wherever you are, no matter the darkness, but can never genuinely illuminate the surrounding area.

At night, this crystal collects the power of the stars, and at day it can infuse a creature with enough arcane power to perform a spell.

Focussing on this crystal will grant the bearer one expended spell slot. Focussing for 6 seconds or more will grant a level 1 spell slot and 12 seconds or more will grant a level 2 spell slot. The Crystal can give only one spell slot per day.

The tokens are used by the Downtrodden Family to represent favors. They could be used to get a service from a downtrodden worker, traded with another organization or any other purpose that the receiving party might want a favor from the Downtrodden for in return.
