Elysia is a hidden island somewhere on the Ylta world shard. The island is home to some of the Fey who have taken residence in Ylta, and is said to be magically moved around to make them harder to find. The Fey fled here after the Second Invasion of Deach, who had sought to eradicate them from what would become his perfect world.
