Rosie was a Halfling farmer in a small, unnamed hamlet in Lethelan around the year 1100 ME. Throughout her life she has developed a great passion for tomatoes and started cultivating them with little success. After several years of failed harvests she eventually decided to start using magic to cultivate better tomatoes. Initially this yielded only a small improvement in the harvest, however as Rosie gathered more and more power, she started growing larger and more numerous tomatoes. Through this process Rosie discovered that she had an unnatural affinity for the arcane, however she was not interested in using it for anything other than growing tomatoes. After several years her tomatoes grew to incredible fame, and people from all around the continent would come over to the town now known as Rosies Grove to be able to purchase them. The immense power Rosie had amassed combined with the worship of her tomatoes by the general folk elevated Rosie to minor Divinity. Rosie departed from the Prime Material Plane in the year 1562, but there is still a small group of her followers, who call themselves the Tomato Keepers, maintaining the tomato farms in Rosies Grove.
Around the year 1123, Rosie got married to another halfling known as Sam. Sam, despite also sharing his wife's love for tomatoes, had a small passion of his own, namely potatoes. However he did not share his wife's great power in cultivating these plants. He was just content in eating them, for example, boiled, mashed or in a stew. He was well known in the town for his crispy, golden chips.
