Khisxia is a hobgoblin necromancer originally from the territory of The Razorguard. The Explorers fought her as she tried to raise a ghoul army to reclaim Nation of Agrodropkis.
In the following interrogation, they persuaded her to work with Ohm to defeat the demon incursion with the promise that goblinkind would have a place in that society.
