The mountain caverns are scribed with literature historical and fiction, and the cliffsides lining the roads and waterways prominently features statues of great dwarven heroes of old.

Any naturally-occurring caves have long been occupied and expanded by the dwarves native to the area. The dwarves have since then expanded both inwards and outwards, carving out massive courtyards and winding avenues into the mountains, and building impressive stone fortresses above ground.
