But though the rolling green hills might have given the Kingdom of Arandale a superficial similarity, these lands also were the first to confirm to me that culture permeates deeper than appearance. Aranites have a strong sense of pride for their kingdom and their royal family, and somewhat akin to the dwarves they will not suffer lightly insults levied against the throne.
