During a mission in the Jagged Crown to rescue white dragonborn kept prisoner, he was nearly killed after being swallowed by a fully-grown Remorhaz. The powerful jaws of the beast chipped off the point of his snout horn, and the caustic stomach juices left discoloring acid burns on his snout.
