France is a country on Earth. Team TRASH (pandas) knows little about France (having never gone anywhere on Earth) except that it is where Orfeo Rova'Kir IV is from. They were also told by Mordenkainen that it is, along with Kentucky, "the greatest country on Earth." Though Mordenkainen has been to Earth, it is very likely that he was lying to the party for his own amusement.
