Neverember is the former Open Lord of Waterdeep. He was replaced by Open Lord Laeral Silverhand after he embezzled half a million gold pieces from the city and hid them in the Vault of Dragons. Now, he rules Neverwinter, a city to the north of Waterdeep. His son, Renaer Neverember still lives in Waterdeep.
